Please find the Miss Tiina Designs Personal & Commercial Terms of Use here. The TOU on THIS webpage always supersedes any previous personal and or commercial use TOU, so please make sure you have read this page.

PERSONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS:

YOU MAY:

* Incorporate these images into your own original art work and publish, display your work in any media, galleries, forums, blogs, as long as you include credit as shown below...

Example Crediting for elements, kits, etc:
Product Name, by Miss Tiina at (Store Name if allowed).

* Use Miss Tiina Personal Use products in Scrap For Hire/Scrap For Others Personal/Custom per person blog design so long as the final result is delivered in a flattened .jpg form.

YOU MAY NOT:

* Claim any of these images as your own.
* Redistribute/share/sell these files with anyone, anywhere.
* Use any of these images in commercial designs that you may or may not profit from without purchase of the commercial use version and or permission from me first.

COMMERCIAL TERMS OF USE

NO CREDIT REQUIRED 

You MAY use these files as part of a creation in a digital scrapbook kit for sale/free.

The total items used should not exceed 30% of Miss Tiina's products per kit/set you design, unless it is alpha templates to create your own alpha.

You MAY use these files in their ORIGINAL color for your own small business that you will profit from, may it be personal digital scrapbooking kits/sets, personal photography items or personal blog/web design, but you must do something else to them.

You MAY use these files in S4H/S4O kits that you create and sell.
You MAY NOT redistribute/share/sell these files as you have received them.
You MAY NOT claim any of these files as your own original artwork.
You MAY NOT create/sell/share/alter any of these files as commercial use products of your own. 

You MAY NOT use these files for any other use than personal digital scrapbooking kits/sets, personal photography items or personal blog/web design without contacting me for specific licensing and pricing first (Specific licenses are needed for and not limited to branding and commercial site design ie: sites with items/services for sale).
